It's all good - base, bonus, benefits - it works.
The commuter benefits is particularly useful to me, as I take public transit to the office whenever I'm able to go.
I'm just happy to be able to afford health insurance out of my paycheck.
I like the mix of it being fair, the benefits and then the upside if I perform well.
earning bonuses and being able to influence my income.
base compensation is on par with what I'm looking for
Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure to go with healthcare, dental, 401K matching and pet insurance!
You are able to make as much as you want from putting in the work.
Performance is incentivized and rewarded.
my end of year bonus for the work I put in.
My employer pays the majority of my premium!
I feel that it's very fair and includes an annual bonus to reward people for everything that doesn't necessarily show up on a ledger somewhere.
The employer pays 75% of premiums, I think this is awesome.
Incentive to grow further and variable compensation
Benefits are provided as of day 1 at OP - for a person with a family, that's huge!
I think the benefits for time off could be better. I do not feel I should loose my benefits if I do not use them. I would like a buy out option.
I don't feel undervalued as much as I feel like there are other firms who end up paying more than what I make for an adjacent position
