I interviewed with the CEO for a part-time/temp role, I was not expecting that.
Getting to know my boss and their perspective of the role and how it plays into the team. As well as meeting the Executive team and their view on the impact of this role throughout the organization.
I was able to interact with people I'd be working with day-to-day and everyone was very open and honest about sharing things about the company and culture during the process
I loved the interview with the CEO, provided such a personal feeling having the CEO take interest to get to know me.
