Health coaches have had their hours cut, despite an increasingly demanding workload. Each year for two years I am earning less than the previous year, requiring me to take a part-time position to add to my income.
The health coaching leadership team doesn't have a real grasp of the daily and weekly workflows of its coaches. They continually focus on metrics and "efficiency" which takes away from the personal aspects of the work we do with members. It's exhausting and the work load expectations are unrealistic
