What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to feedback, always willing to listen.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The health coaching leadership team doesn't have a real grasp of the daily and weekly workflows of its coaches. They continually focus on metrics and "efficiency" which takes away from the personal aspects of the work we do with members. It's exhausting and the work load expectations are unrealistic

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health coaches have had their hours cut, despite an increasingly demanding workload. Each year for two years I am earning less than the previous year, requiring me to take a part-time position to add to my income.
I'm never recognized for the work I do - the credit is given to my manager(s). I'm underpaid by market value, and under-appreciated for time, work, results, and value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The health coaches at Omada are incredibly passionate about the work we do (which is why we stay, despite the pay cuts). Compassionate, intelligent, and professional, we support our members and each other.

Really dedicated, hard-working, selfless individuals. Unique personalities that always shine even in the darkest moments.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a remote company, I am able to work comfortably from home.
Collaborative, mission-driven, work-life balance, and fun
Lots of people from different departments co-mingle. It's still small enough that you know almost everyone and can interact with most people on a daily basis.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Meaningful questions and engagement and relevant to the position
It was rigorous and they clearly wanted to find the best person for the job, but they also worked to make me feel comfortable and not intimidated.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
People need to know what their roles are, what they're interviewing for, and how to interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
Connecting with members and seeing them succeed with their goals.
