What did you like most about the interview process?Meaningful questions and engagement and relevant to the position
What makes you most happy at work?Connecting with members and seeing them succeed with their goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Being a remote company, I am able to work comfortably from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Health coaches have had their hours cut, despite an increasingly demanding workload. Each year for two years I am earning less than the previous year, requiring me to take a part-time position to add to my income.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm never recognized for the work I do - the credit is given to my manager(s). I'm underpaid by market value, and under-appreciated for time, work, results, and value.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The health coaching leadership team doesn't have a real grasp of the daily and weekly workflows of its coaches. They continually focus on metrics and "efficiency" which takes away from the personal aspects of the work we do with members. It's exhausting and the work load expectations are unrealistic
