They allow me flexibility and opportunities for learning.

Most everyone tries to be friendly to each other. Sometimes going to lunch together, or walks. We have an annual office outing.
Some of my coworkers are great and on the ball. There are a couple that need a fire lit under them. They basically do less than the least possible, have meetings to talk about it, then continue to not do their job.
I don't think management realizes just how much work I do. I have been in my position for two years. I know I should be making more. Especially seeing that I'm $25K under what my position pays according to their profile here.
