
Almost everyone in my team is very helpful and they will stop what they are doing to help me when I need help.
They are very understanding and they never give their employees attitude. Although they are the executives, they treat all their employees as their equals.
What I liked most about the interview process was how transparent they were. They didn't go radio silent after the interview and keep me guessing whether or not I was being considered.
I like the profit sharing and our CEO gives us so many random gifts throughout the year. Since this is shared with every employee, it makes everyone feel like they are important for the team.
The relaxed work environment. Although there is a lot of work to be done, no one micro manages you. As long you complete your responsibilities, no one will complain about you coming late/ leaving early, taking more breaks, etc. Unless it causes you to fall behind.
The most positive thing about our culture/ work environment would probably be the team lunches, which gives the team members bonding time. This way, when you reach out to other teams for assistance, you are already somewhat familiar with who you are speaking to, removing the hesitation to reach out.
