The entire C-suite is very transparent with the entire global team. Every Monday, we have a company-wide meeting where we get reports on the state of the business. Nothing is held back. The executives also participate in all social events and community service projects.
The leadership team is like extended family. You can look at them not only as your supervisor, but they are more than willing to take on mentorship and familial roles to anyone in need.
They are very understanding and they never give their employees attitude. Although they are the executives, they treat all their employees as their equals.

Asking for feedback and then ignoring it and hiring individuals as self-starters and then micromanaging its employees.
