What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems genuinely happy. It is a fast-paced environment but still with a great sense of work-life balance and a recognition for the entire person.
The ability to make decisions, make mistakes and be accountable. This is the only way for a professional to grow!
Team members support each other all the time.
It's the people and my manager. We have very open communication, I feel heard, respected, appreciated, and celebrated.

The most positive part about the company culture is an overall feel about people looking out for each other. An example while working from home is a 30 minute time set aside per weak where people just talk about how there week has been unrelated to work.

The most positive thing about our culture/ work environment would probably be the team lunches, which gives the team members bonding time. This way, when you reach out to other teams for assistance, you are already somewhat familiar with who you are speaking to, removing the hesitation to reach out.

Everyone is extremely humble, you can't tell who is an exec or just a normal worker. The exec's desk are identical to a normal employees desk.
