They are very motivating. But the "growth opportunities" are just ways to overwork you at the end of the day.
In particular, my Manager supports me in my career goals.

They give you the bare minimum required by law with the added perk of regular lunches and snacks paid for by the company.

Compared to other companies, the compensation packages are lackluster. However, there are benefits that One Planet Ops offers that most other companies do not, including a full stocked kitchen + catering, community service days, generous holiday breaks, and the ability to work remotely on occasion.

Th employees are awesome and hardworking. Management just needs to realize that before they lose them all

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems genuinely happy. It is a fast-paced environment but still with a great sense of work-life balance and a recognition for the entire person.
The ability to make decisions, make mistakes and be accountable. This is the only way for a professional to grow!
Team members support each other all the time.
It's the people and my manager. We have very open communication, I feel heard, respected, appreciated, and celebrated.

Interaction with some great leaders
Quite fast. They also keep you updated on your status.
You get to meet a lot of different people.

The best part of the interview process was that I interviewed with everyone on the team. Interviewing not only the managers, but also people in the same position I was applying for gave me a real sense that everyone opinion is treated as equal regardless of Job title.
