This is a very playful office. We are constantly having fun and keeping it light. Everyone here seems to understand that work can include some play.
Whenever I express an area that I want to grow or develop, they deliberately invest in me by giving me opportunities to learn and practice that skill.
People treat each other with a lot of respect. No one makes others feel dumb, but rather helps everyone contribute in the way they are most suited (and learn/develop in areas where they may be weaker IF they are interested in growth in that area).
They are not just focused on your current "hard" skillset. For certain positions there are rigorous hard skill requirements but there are also rigorous soft skill requirements. We also like to weave in some fun stuff throughout the interview so people enjoy their experience.
