People treat each other with a lot of respect. No one makes others feel dumb, but rather helps everyone contribute in the way they are most suited (and learn/develop in areas where they may be weaker IF they are interested in growth in that area).

Honesty, openness, valuing the whole person (which includes their family), dogs, an ease of being while doing a lot.

The open floor plan and dogs all over the place make it an easy place to clear your head when working on difficult problems.
