What is the best part about your compensation package?The unlimited time off comes with a clear expectation that you take at least two weeks a year off. Managers encourage folks to take vacation days and be away from work for family commitments. You are not expected to be signing in or checking in when you are away.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is very candid, transparent, and open about the successes and challenges that they face. They have a diverse set of skills and work to communicate what is happening intentionally with the company.
