What is the best part about your compensation package?

The unlimited time off comes with a clear expectation that you take at least two weeks a year off. Managers encourage folks to take vacation days and be away from work for family commitments. You are not expected to be signing in or checking in when you are away.

"Unlimited" Personal Time Off, which is real in this company and not just a way to not pay out vacation in the event of an employee leaving.

I like our health insurance

Healthcare benefits are really great!

I was an intern, so the compensation was fair.

It is equitable and I love the insurance coverage.

All employees get stock options

Compensation is tied to value add rather than seniority or experience.

The benefits are SO much better than I even had at larger corporations. Healthcare premium totally paid for, great plan, freedom to work when and where is best for me.
