I spoke with one of my peers one-on-one during the interview process. I appreciated the transparency of being able to talk to someone that was really doing the job without having the hiring manager present at our conversation.

PAIRIN gave me the chance to show off the skills I had and to ask me where I wanted to grow and develop.

They asked thoughtful meaningful and relevant questions and could convey their shared values and vision

Way different than any other past interview. This was more laid back/informal. Includes more cultural aspects, they care about who you are not just what you can do.

Thoughtful consideration given in both directions - both was I right for PAIRIN and was PAIRIN right for me

They are not just focused on your current "hard" skillset. For certain positions there are rigorous hard skill requirements but there are also rigorous soft skill requirements. We also like to weave in some fun stuff throughout the interview so people enjoy their experience.

We focus heavily on making the interview as comfortable for both sides as possible. There is often a lot of laughter and joking from both the candidate and the interviewers.
