Way different than any other past interview. This was more laid back/informal. Includes more cultural aspects, they care about who you are not just what you can do.

They are not just focused on your current "hard" skillset. For certain positions there are rigorous hard skill requirements but there are also rigorous soft skill requirements. We also like to weave in some fun stuff throughout the interview so people enjoy their experience.
We focus heavily on making the interview as comfortable for both sides as possible. There is often a lot of laughter and joking from both the candidate and the interviewers.
