Both teams i work with are amazing! I couldnt have asked for better co-workers.

I am fairly new to Paragon, however, the VP and my supervisor have been amazing.

My compensation package is amazing. How many companies in today's work force give their employees a raise every year, and we even got a bonus this year. That was amazing.

I feel the leadership Team at Paragon cares about each and everyone of their employees. It also seems as though the leadership team is always trying to do what is right by the employees as well.

I am going to have to say that the team I work with is one of the best teams I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Also, working with employees on another contract, they are amazing as well.

How we are treated as though we matter. The CEO sends out emails and lets us know how appreciative he is of all of us. That means a lot, it makes things very personal. This is an amazing company to work for.
