Most of us have been on the program for a long time and very little to no issues when it comes to providing quality service.
Most importantly, they support personnel by ensuring they have the resources and access they need in order to support the customer in a timely and efficient manner. That may sound like a simple thing, but I've witnessed too many other programs where it can take months for folks to get onboarded.
