Employees on my project do not see raises that reflect the numerous jobs that they have grown to do over years of employment here. More tenured employees see job postings offering new hire significantly more without the experience or credentials. It is frustrating to see.
The previous question is poorly worded. Certain coworkers are great to work with, others are not. The ones who are not good to work with for me tend to be either bad communicators and extremely ego driven people who don't want to collaborate as much as they seem to want to impose upon others.
