
To focus more on the employees. I feel like they do not care anymore. We went from a fun atmosphere to a negative atmosphere. They are micromanaging everyone. They even let someone go after 15 years with the company
Hard work and dedication would mean something. I wouldn’t have to kiss up to the management to get what I want. Sometimes it is so discouraging I don’t know why I bother trying to do a good job
