How's the vacation policy at PayPal?

PayPal has generous vacation policy. No fixed holiday per pay period. Work hard, deliver results and take vacation as you plan with your manager's consent. It also has 5 sick days per year. And 4 weeks mandated sabbatical every 5 years.

Excellent in writing ok in practice. Most people try to take 2 big trips a year preferably where they can't be reached since emails and calls may happen still. Lots of people abuse the once every five year sabbatical and take 6-8 weeks now instead of just 4

Excellent vacation policy. Generous time allotments for non-exempt employees. Exempt employees do not have maximum vacation hours - they work out their time off needs with their manager.

They give you a decent amount, but not being able to use it when you want to is not good
