PCM employee pay/commissions are very low. NO ONE can support themselves on PCM’s pay structure; I believe that the profit that is allocated for employee moral is NOEXISTANT.This company is very competitive with big names like CDW and tiger direct. And when competing with these bigger companies I would sometimes have to lower the price so much of my products that I was selling, that I would make two dollars in commissions. And that is one of the reasons why I was the first person to be laid off when company cuts had to be made. The other thing I don’t understand, is PCM‘s ridiculous policies. For example, after PCM laid me off, if there were spiffs or items I earned or won through competitions that I had not yet received by the time I was given the corporate cut, was immediately retracted, given away or kept by PCM. THIS is PCM’s measure of success and, honestly I believe PCM will surely go under for this type of “measurement”. Get the idea?
