What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

they are driven to do the best

Open comunications with the entire company

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Upper corporate management takes advantage of the unemployment crisis, and is reflected in the compensation of their employees, especially the newer tenured employees

Executive leadership needs to care more about employee satisfaction and well-being. Truly successful companies have happy employees. PCM over works and under appreciates employees. The Executive level is completely out of touch with employee satisfaction, they only care about shareholder profit.

These people are truly idiots and don't care about anyone but themselves

Review from Operations Dept

This place has by far, no one even close, the worst leadership I've ever experienced. It's from the CEO down. I'd say it is barely legal to illegal activity that has happened at the top. Accounting practices that over-inflated the stock price, and then executives cashed out. It's really bad.

Review from Operations Dept

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

my benefits are very good

It has a very good health plan

I'm paid fairly because I came in from the outside, but most people are way underpaid. I'd say they get 25-40% less than market.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

I would feel better about my compensation if I didn’t have to financially rely on other people for even the most basic needs: transportation, sustenance, shelter and taxes!

If we had more perks like being able to work from home, ability to roll over unused vacation time, better benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

we get the job done

We get the work done on budget

Their is a mutual respect amongst my colleagues and lower management. We help each other, when our employer fails us.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

get a better job somewhere else

Review from Marketing Dept

My team is full of wonderful people that work way harder than the amount of money they receive from the company.

Review from Operations Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

good working conditions at work

We have a good work environment

Camaraderie amongst my fellow lower level Co workers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

make it not a nightmare everyday

Review from Operations Dept

What did you like most about the interview process?

my manager really liked me

It was right to the point

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

ask relative questions for the job

Review from Marketing Dept

hire people who know what they're doing

Review from Marketing Dept

Get people who know what they're doing

Review from Marketing Dept

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

getting my job done well

I know I have a good job and it makes me happy

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Pay needs to be above the poverty line.

Communications to the employees are frequently negative in regards to the company's performance, but when executives are interviewed by publications, they brag about how well the company is doing.

hire people who know what they're doing

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership style hasn't evolved. It's run by middle-aged men (zero women) that are clueless to modern management. Micro-management and no idea what employees need or what customers truly desire from the company. It's sad because the company could be so much more.
