What can this brand most improve?

Broken new driveway. Damaged siding . Mis measured windows. Windows in rear not installed correctly . Ine been in limbo since may . Now ext rear windows in spring . Pella windowscwer the previos windows installed. Thought would be easy transition. Horrible sevice and install . Run

The quality of their product was horrendous. The entire order was poor construction, painted incorrectly, or wrong order. It was all sent back.

What can this brand most improve?

Stand behind its product after window measurements were verified by Pella representative.
