You’ve probably heard of PETA, since it’s the largest animal rights organization in the world—but you might not know about the PETA Foundation. It’s the organization that helps PETA operate. Departments like IT, Development, and Interactive Media are all part of the PETA Foundation. PETA and the PETA Foundation are two separate entities that work very closely together, and one couldn’t exist without the other.
How employees describe working at PETA
Leadership is really good about matching staff strengths and interests with organizational needs, and advancing careers in a way that benefits both the individual and the organization/cause.
Their commitment to do whatever is best for the animal. How committed they are to help individuals with their issues. They know how to do the hard work and are very willing to do it! They don't pay themselves huge salaries .
