Flexible hours, ability to work from home, generous vacation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid more but because my position is entry level I would either need to move to another department or leave the organization to gain a higher salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very enthusiastic group of intelligent, passionate people working to better the lives of animals.
My team is collaborative and works to get the job done.

Everyone here is passionate about animal rates and tasty vegan food!

I liked that the questions were not behavioral interview questions but more about exploring whether I would be a good fit.
