
It was more of a meet and greet, and explanation of what they would like out of me as a worker.
We need to have good leadership, a team that works well together (remove the bad workers that do not produce or refuse to). A team that knows what they are doing.
The leadership team needs to get better at becoming a leader for the employees. I feel that they lack leadership skills, and the need to make tough decisions. As well people do not feel the job is a place to come to have a good time and work. They dreed coming into work.
The best thing about the team is there are quite a few of us that work very well together, and brighten up the livelihood in the Pharmacy. I am even glad to say that I have developed a good relationship with some of my coworkers where I feel comfortable to talk to them about outside life.
I feel undervalued at the company due to the fact they do not pay me or fellow coworkers the correct amount of compensation for the work we do. Especially the few of us who are cross-trained into at least 3-5 different jobs for this company. The benefits are no good as well due to the cheapness.
