How's the work life balance at PNC?

Work/life balance is important at PNC and one of the values they are cmitted to. My work schedule has averaged between 45-50 hours per week and I expect it will come down to 40-45 hours when as roles are filled.

Nonexistent. Expect to work 6 days a week with little to no support because they keep cutting staff at the branch. If call goals aren't met, you'll be forced to stay late.

It's pretty good. Many of our associates now participate in a telecommuting program that allows you to work from home part time, with certain restrictions and requirements attached.

A total facade. No support or guidance and the leadership don’t care at the branch level. Toxic and intense environment.

No balance at all, work is 90, life might get 10

Use to be a core value. Now is a joke.
