Very understanding and is trying to learn how to improve.
Good communication, inspire loyalty, differentiate high performance
Leadership beyond regional management is often evasive when questioned directly and avoid taking accountability when it comes to improving the experiences of the baseline employees.
Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome
N/A. They mirco manage you so their job is still in effect otherwise they have no purpose.
My team lead's communication skills are terrible. She takes a public shaming approach to dealing with most things. It leaves people on my team anxious for any meetings and very demoralized.

Being inlcusive and team work
Empathy, knowledge, role models, career growth. Communication, professionalism
The greatest need is to have a guideline for hiring and promoting leaders that are more concerned with living the bank culture rather than just looking for the next rung of the ladder
Company stock options, 401k, healthcare, even a pension!
Fair vs market with reasonable balance if desired
The 401k match and pension.
Decent benefits. Health, tuition reimbursement, pension.
The benefits are good compared to others
Hate current team. Got almost no raise to do quality checks for a team i was previously on - lateral move. Treated like the less than 1% raise, not enough to cover cost of living increases, was some great gift. Can't get more than meets expectations on first year of job means little chances of raise
Below local market base salary for similar roles. Individually and as a whole department exceeding all metrics. Pathetic raise and bonus for all employees.
Undered valued because I ran a very successful customer contact campaign but was then ignored when it came to fining a replacement more flexible solution
Under compensated but good PTO
Not enough funds considering the
collaborative and have built trust in each other.
Young and energetic and they are nice
They are overachievers who are always willing to help their teammates.
My team has a desire to want to learn and be successful
Good managers. Dont micro manage. Team meetings are usually short and to the point.
Coworkers are fine. There was a better balance of personalities on previous teams. Team lead's personality is very abbrassive.
They need to get real they are too into themselves and have condescending attitudes and get their faces out of their phones
Speak up against the evil management team
Tardiness and performance, dependability willing to work
Learn, be self starters, have initiative
Former coworkers became friends outside of work hours.
Diversity and inclusion is a common theme which is extremely important to me.
The motivation and support everyone gets and gives to each other.
They foster a higher level of inclusiveness and ensure that everyone has a voice.
Fairly laid back. Just hit your metrics and you will be left alone.
More motivations, incentives, and fair compensations
Management need to be more communication
We need more staff I only work at lobby for 10 hours today. No lie
Review from Operations Dept
Exam culture/behavior across middle management
Yes have people from different culture
I was interviewed by three managers simultaneously but I didn't feel bullied. It was very professional but allowed for you to show some personality as well.
To the point. Set goals and expectations for the job ans career path.
Direct future managers are doing most the interview process and open about the role and future opportunities
Only HR was nice and professional
When I went through the interview process and received feedback for next steps meeting with the future team and how laid back some of them were it made it easy to be comfortable and answer without nerves being a problem.
Jobs have similar titles, supposedly to help people transfer to teams with related skills. Have had multiple managers say they don't consider that to be the case. Many job postings give almost no details past the very general template, no sense of the day to day experience before applying.
Get someone that knows their business
The interview and hiring process is entirely too slow.
Response time could be better
Ask more personal questions! Get to know who you are hiring
Paid time off and work from home
It was one of my deepest regrets to work.
Review from Sales Dept
I can be myself, learn at my own pace, and I know that the sky isn’t the limit, only another stepping ston
Having the autonomy and support to challenge old ideas and foster positive change.
Flexible work schedule and able to request the time off you want.
Start appreciating your employees and showing you care
A lot of system issues, not notifying CX of issues. Threats from supervision etc
Fired some manager or assistant manager when they dont work
Review from Operations Dept
Everything need to develop and good employees
Management is very low quality
Innovative, research based decisions, Digital transformation
Review from Product Dept
They try to support agile practices.
Embracing culture changeletting collaborative mindset rule vshierarchy
Review from Product Dept
Less power from departments that do mot support agile.
