What do you like best about the leadership team?

Good communication, inspire loyalty, differentiate high performance

Leadership beyond regional management is often evasive when questioned directly and avoid taking accountability when it comes to improving the experiences of the baseline employees.

Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome

N/A. They mirco manage you so their job is still in effect otherwise they have no purpose.

They believe in what they do and constantly find new ways to promote growth from within.

The organization is very flat. I am able to communicate with leaders throughout the organization, providing feedback and ideas.

The are willing to listen to all levels of employees and attempt to correct problems, except paying a proper wage for our work and industry.

In the couple trainings I've been to, they are knowledgeable and friendly.

empathetic kind growth oriented friendly

Down to earth! Exceptional and very patient

I appreciate their accessibility and support

Attention to detail and problem solving by communication with entire team on timely basis.

Supporting of my career plans

Lower management is very understanding and show that they care. Upper management only cares about how much money they can make/take from both its employees and customers

My teller lead is helpful and gives great advise on hire I can improve and supports me whenever I need IT

Nothing. Keeps changing. Not consistent

My direct manager is great. I can count on him. He recognizes our work and steps in when he can to help.

They always try to help resolve the situation but there isnt enough of them to do help with customer concerns.

Don’t really have an impression. All their corporate comms are very curated newsletters made by a marketing te

The management i have had has been great for the most part. Theyre understanding and helpful. Although there are certain things that need improvement

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being inlcusive and team work

Empathy, knowledge, role models, career growth. Communication, professionalism

The greatest need is to have a guideline for hiring and promoting leaders that are more concerned with living the bank culture rather than just looking for the next rung of the ladder

This company will stop at nothing to make a sale.

Listening to employee complaints about the job.

Problem solving, agile, hiring and retaining good employees

Not micro managing and picking on people

Ethics and how they treat their employees they take no consideration. And should show more appreciation to the employees and the good jobs and sacrifice they make everyday. The employees are constantly beaten up by the CX so to also get beaten up by your manager is not good for the employees

Eliminating the Micromanagement of professionals.

Advocating their workers to ensure they are being treated and compensated fairly

Care with genuine concern for your people.

Review from Admin Dept

Caring for the team. Making sure we're good mentally.

We from all from our branch hope our manager quit. She manages only her tasks. Rude and forcedul.

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership needs to evaluate people based on actual performance vs status quo.

Taking accountability and communicating with each team member instead of pushing your work off to others.

training and actually developing people

Compassion, managing, equal treatment and better training

Leading by example. Knowledge of products and processes.

Communication, transparency, work/life balance, undersranding the job they are managing

Communicating with their employees without conscious or unconscious biases
