What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity and inclusion is a common theme which is extremely important to me.
The motivation and support everyone gets and gives to each other.
They foster a higher level of inclusiveness and ensure that everyone has a voice.
Fairly laid back. Just hit your metrics and you will be left alone.

PNC, from my perspective, does not look for excuses to fire people. They're willing to work with almost anyone, as long as they are coach able and trainable.

Too much about sales all the time
Employee compensation policies need reviewed. PNC will give 20%+ increase to minimum wage workers to look good in the press and to peers, while the rest of are left to fight for 0-2% annual increases. Made to feel we're taking from teammates if we get a higher increase.
Have one that isn't work hard, work harder
Stop putting more responsibility on part time employees and improve workstations for all employees not just managment and bankers
Hire higher quality college graduates!
