collaborative and have built trust in each other.

Good managers. Dont micro manage. Team meetings are usually short and to the point.

Diverse personalities, many other experts that have a good sense of humor and technical skills that allows for knowledge to be gained. Additionally the team does allow for flexibility in coverage when rotating for on call.
My fellow recruiters are a dependable team. The RM and BMs run from wonderful to nightmares

They need to get real they are too into themselves and have condescending attitudes and get their faces out of their phones
Speak up against the evil management team
Tardiness and performance, dependability willing to work

I believe all employees should know how to use basic computer programs. Excel, word, outlook.
Most of them are nice
No one wants to work here
Management need to pay attention to employees need
Hold them to a standard of literacy - verbally and mathematically.
