Quick and right to the point, no silly questions

Usually pretty good but often we're too understaffed to fire the lazy people that do nothing, so the hard workers are forced to work harder, sometimes being overworked and being at the store several hours after close trying to close by themselves without manager help

Most of the team is pretty good at listening to lower down employees and helping them the best they can. Some of those in charge, however, have no idea what the reality of the working conditions are and are completely unfair and unrealistic with their expectations.
