Usually pretty good but often we're too understaffed to fire the lazy people that do nothing, so the hard workers are forced to work harder, sometimes being overworked and being at the store several hours after close trying to close by themselves without manager help

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to stop asking people to work 12 hours shifts. Others have a family and that should be respected.
