
I am below market consistently and it's impossible to get a market increase. The only way to increase salary is during the annual merit round and even then it's a challenge.
My management is horrible. They are very poor communicators, are not open to feedback or suggestions for improvement. They also do not hold others accountable so I end up having to do their work, but am told that I am not a team player consistently.
I don't enjoy my direct team much, but in general it's a very good group of people. I enjoy spending time with them outside of work, they come in and do the best they are able to do given our circumstances. There is a dedication to excellence.
