Being transparent. Value your employee more. The VPs and director fight so hard to get their best workers a raise just to be told the books are closed.

The directors and VPs cares but the executive and finance don't approve raise and promotion when it is due.

Work is too compartmentalized and if you ask someone to do anything not explicitly listed in their job description they probably won’t do it

Super relaxed culture.

I’m not feeling challenged. Also there are company happy hours and such but the company is a bit cliquey.
