Being transparent. Value your employee more. The VPs and director fight so hard to get their best workers a raise just to be told the books are closed.

Communicating. Making decisions based on long term strategic vision rather than the new shiny thing in front of them.
Involve full project team in the project. E.G., digital projects are thrown over the wall to devs AFTER client sign-off, no changes allowed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Consulting firms pay equivalent or more for same skills/levels
The mean and median shown here are not representative as people working in the subsidiaries in underdevelopped countries get paid in their country currency even when the revenue of their work is in USD or Euros. I make anually 10% od the mean shown here.
I am below market consistently and it's impossible to get a market increase. The only way to increase salary is during the annual merit round and even then it's a challenge.

Very collaborative, supportive, helpful, and friendly.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work is too compartmentalized and if you ask someone to do anything not explicitly listed in their job description they probably won’t do it
Due to semi-monthly mass layoffs for the past 3 years, and the last purge that put me on the dole, I won't be working with my ex-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is supportive of each other.

Fun teammates that like to interact, get involved and have a beer together. Close knit team that is supportive and encouraging.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Paying clients (More Than One), and a completely different senior Creative team. \nOn the other hand, they've tried that 3 times in 4 years

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My management is horrible. They are very poor communicators, are not open to feedback or suggestions for improvement. They also do not hold others accountable so I end up having to do their work, but am told that I am not a team player consistently.
I’m not feeling challenged. Also there are company happy hours and such but the company is a bit cliquey.
My preceding comments are ALL about improvements. They have not been implemented for several years.
