Interview process is intense. They have an extremely high bar for applicants so chances are you won't even get a call back for an interview. You'll go though a whole series of talks with a recruiter and then go through 4 or 5 more interviews with members of the team where they'll ask technical questions as well as try to scope out your personality to see id you'll 'fit'. The whole process was exhausting.
Each department has slightly different interviewing practices. The sales teams are all moving towards a structured interview process that will involve about 20 questions or so in each round that are graded on a 1-5 scale.
As an SDR, it was more intense than other companies.
