
Everything is sales dominated. Company is so obsessed with making its quotas that it often ignores the products and the people that support/work with the products directly. Q should try to give more space and concentration on the product side instead of outrageous quotas
I wish there was more collaboration between teams. The organization is pretty siloed and the “we are the best” culture that sales has cultivated towards clients seems to get cast inward to the rest of the company, too.
The culture is pretty great here at Qualtrics, but if I had to change one thing, I wish there wasn't such a negative attitude around working from home.
