Great, like more IT roles hours can very depending on the project but if authorized for over time you can either bank time off or get paid.

Depends on the project. I've swinging both extremes, 40 hrs a week at the office to 85 hrs in a week during integration.

It could be tough at times. However, we worked on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, so that really helped.
