Mostly positive, only negatives would be management playing favoritism and pay structure.
In the time I've been here overall I enjoy my coworkers and the perks of the job. I completely dislike the call center aspect and the members that we service are incredibly rude people. Management could be better. But overall when I get the chance to leave for a better job I'll absolutely take it.
I've had frustrating times and also great times. There's several departments within the company sometimes the first department you start out in isn't always the best fit. There's always room for growth and movement within the company as long as your willing to strive for that growth and opportunity
A nice place to work if you do your job
Stressful, always waiting for my job to be cut which is how they make their financial goals... Cut staff so they don't have to report a loss.
