Family atmosphere, we have eachothers backs. Results are more important than egos. The people always come first.
its been 10 years, the process has changed a ton. I think that panel interviews aren't helping our ability to get the best talent. We should individualize. I also think the operations team should be more involved.
Definitely do not feel undervalued, rather still behind the bell curve for my position and salary. The benefits are absolutely horrible though. 98% of our workforce cannot afford the family plans that are available. The individual plan is decent however again, most employees can't afford it.
Again, we go out of our way to make the environment sustainable for long term success for our agents. The agents job is not glorious, its gritty and tough. We do what we can to make the environment around them keep their mindset on the phone positive and helpful
I've worked really really hard on the team here. Camaraderie, trust and involvement are at an all time high. We're still very young, and very inexperienced, but that will only develop with time and more work coming our way. the team is bought in and ready to do whatever we need
