Again, we go out of our way to make the environment sustainable for long term success for our agents. The agents job is not glorious, its gritty and tough. We do what we can to make the environment around them keep their mindset on the phone positive and helpful

We need more MATURE management, its hard to have a young boss as is, but a young boss that acts even younger then their age is the absolute worst..!
The leadership needs to care about something besides money.
Better atmosphere from leadership. More incentive to employees that work hard.
