- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Getting my raise on time like im supposed to, actually getting a yearly evaluation, my QA is steady af 100% i have perfect attendance and every year they still take months and months to give me my tiny extra few cents on the hour... they dont care too much about the employees, we are a dime a dozen
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?We need more MATURE management, its hard to have a young boss as is, but a young boss that acts even younger then their age is the absolute worst..!
