Responding to their employees, making sire to give people their raises when they are supposed to get them, and stop playing favorites and letting immature people keep rising in the ranks, the supervisor are never in main chat, they claim to be in meetings, all day every day yea right!
These people are unethical and don't deliver what they say.
Needs a better Training curriculum, management team, more training for Trainers more preparedness for Training. And a new Program Manager which I would love to do

Getting my raise on time like im supposed to, actually getting a yearly evaluation, my QA is steady af 100% i have perfect attendance and every year they still take months and months to give me my tiny extra few cents on the hour... they dont care too much about the employees, we are a dime a dozen

RDI is a very family-oriented company. Especially during COVID-19, the culture only got stronger through their social media engagement.
We need more MATURE management, its hard to have a young boss as is, but a young boss that acts even younger then their age is the absolute worst..!
The leadership needs to care about something besides money.
Better atmosphere from leadership. More incentive to employees that work hard.

The only thing is they should not be so deceiving - Inwas told i was working days - but at oreitation they told me I was working night instead, and inwas also told I wojld have a sxhedule with my calla for the day, thats the bigest lie of them all, they do whateber they want...
