I think the culture. It's the main reason I came to RealSelf. That encompasses a lot. People, perks, work-life balance, customer centric, team oriented, etc.
Everyone is always so kind and happy. It's incredible the retention here, not only with customers, but with employees. They are very selective in hiring, so that helps with on-boarding and development.
They care deeply about us and our culture. We are given a work-life balance (which is hard to find in Seattle). The compensation is incredibly competitive and they provide us with incredible health benefits and the snacks don't hurt!
