Weak...you accrue days but if you don't have any days off and you want to take a vacation, instead of just allowing you to go without pay, they penalize you as an "occurrence". If you get more than 3 occurrences then you get fired. It's quite silly and honestly makes no sense why you can't take time off without pay.

It's bare bones. You get 2-3 wks a year, with standard national holidays off.
