What are some of the best things about your team?I work with a very intelligent and skilled group of people that commit to their work in smart ways. They are considerate of the people reporting to them, along with their peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Their authenticity, empathy, business focus, collaborative operating model they provide, empowerment they provide to teams. They care about us and the work we are doing and they differentiate our business in a way that allows us to innovate in a way that makes us truly impactful to people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I love the different access to groups and interests outside of just work - having ERG's that represent minorities and our company taking a stance against discrimination is HUGE.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Give equity rather than phantom stock units so that employees can hold on to the equity for more than a year. Give equity that is in line with market rates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?feel like there aren't enough moments with the SLT here that isn't highly or over produced, #realtalk is too curated and polished, something like a fireside chats with smaller groups would be really beneficial.
