How can I improve my chances of being hired at The REDX?

We have a super casual environment and I think people sense that and show up to interviews that way eg. dressed in jeans and t-shirt. But first impressions are important, so dress like your taking it seriously. Why not even ask the person you are interviewing what they expect before you show up. After that, demonstrate that you have researched us, you have been on our website and read our blog and watched our videos. Ask questions, be engaged, and be yourself.
