How's the vacation policy at REDX?

As a full time employee the company provides ample time off as well as personal and sick days when needed. It's nice to work with professionals that make up a team dedicated to production so we're generally very mindful of when time off is appropriate to ensure we're not taking advantage of the lack of policy.

Usually can get my days approved off, they’re not paid but as long as there’s enough people they approve it for the most part.
