Should be getting paid more for the type of work being done. That is why some plants can not kerp staff. Employees that have not been here long, are going other places for better pay.
People need to be held accountable for their constant poor work instead of letting the rest of the team have to rework most of what they do. Making individuals understand what the role is example a Operator doing toolroom functions and messing it up. Not being told or asked to do these task.
